Our company was founded by two industry leaders in both the commercial cleaning business and the home inspection field. We are able to safely disinfect your home when someone is sick or if someone who is positive for COVID-19 has been in your home within the last 24 hours to 3 days. Preparing Your Home for Resi-Pure
While disinfectants ultimately dissipate and won't leave a residue, it's still important take every necessary precaution when preparing your home for odor removal and misting disinfection.
While You Wait
You and your family will not be able to re-enter your home once the process starts, so arrange for somewhere else to stay. Depending on your treatment it could be as little as 2 hours or up to 6 hours depending on the process needed.
Remove
Pets will need to be out of the house. It is also necessary to remove any house plants. Please consult with your technician regarding additional advice regarding fish and aquariums. It's best to clear away all opened food items and consumables, including medication, pet food and dental products. Products in unopened bottles, jars or cans with the original seal intact do not need to be removed. Open food items, such as those in your pantry, should be double bagged.
Open & Close
Open all doors between rooms and all doors to cabinets, closets, appliances, the attic and the basement. For the highest succession rate, open all drawers in all cabinets, dressers and desks. Close drapes on your windows, so your technician can easily apply the process to these areas.
